Changshuo LED Mesh Screen Illuminates City Landmarks, Lightweight Design Powers Large-Scale Landscape Lighting Projects

Shanghai Changshuo Lighting Co., Ltd., a leading provider of innovative LED lighting and display solutions, is proud to announce the successful deployment of its advanced LED Mesh Screen series in multiple large-scale landscape lighting projects across urban landmarks. With its ultra-lightweight design and high-transparency performance, the mesh screen is rapidly becoming the go-to solution for architects, designers, and project contractors seeking to transform building facades and public spaces into captivating visual experiences.

The LED Mesh Screen, also known as a flexible LED grid display, is engineered to meet the growing demand for lightweight, wind-resistant, and highly transparent media facades. Unlike traditional solid LED screens, the mesh screen features a perforated structure that allows air to pass through, significantly reducing wind load and structural stress—making it ideal for high-rise buildings, bridges, and large outdoor installations where safety and aesthetics are paramount.

Lightweight Design Meets High Transparency

One of the standout features of Changshuo's LED Mesh Screen is its exceptional lightweight construction. Weighing as little as 3–6 kg per square meter, the screen can be easily mounted on glass curtain walls, steel structures, and even existing building surfaces without the need for heavy reinforcement. This dramatically reduces installation time and cost, while preserving the architectural integrity of the original structure.

With a transparency rate of up to 85%, the mesh screen ensures that natural light continues to flood interior spaces and that the building's visual identity remains intact during the day. When night falls, the screen comes alive with vibrant, full-color video and dynamic lighting effects, turning ordinary facades into stunning media canvases.

Powering Large-Scale Landscape Lighting Projects

Changshuo's LED Mesh Screens have been successfully implemented in a variety of large-scale landscape lighting projects, including city landmarks, commercial plazas, bridges, and entertainment districts. In one recent project, a prominent high-rise in a major metropolitan area was transformed into a dynamic media facade using over 2,000 square meters of mesh screen, delivering eye-catching advertisements and city branding content visible from miles away.

"The LED Mesh Screen is a game-changer for urban landscape lighting," said a spokesperson for Shanghai Changshuo Lighting. "Its lightweight design and high transparency allow us to illuminate buildings that were previously considered too challenging or too costly to retrofit. We are seeing tremendous interest from clients who want to create iconic visual experiences without compromising structural safety or architectural beauty."

Built for Performance and Durability

Engineered for demanding outdoor environments, the LED Mesh Screen boasts an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, ensuring reliable operation in rain, snow, and extreme temperatures. With a lifespan of over 100,000 hours and energy consumption significantly lower than traditional lighting solutions, the screen delivers long-term operational savings and environmental benefits.

The product is available in a range of pixel pitches—from P15 to P50—to suit different viewing distances and resolution requirements. It supports full-color video, animations, text, and real-time data integration, making it suitable for advertising, branding, public information, and artistic installations.

Comprehensive Support and Customization

Shanghai Changshuo Lighting offers end-to-end support for mesh screen projects, including solution design, structural analysis, control system integration, and on-site installation guidance. The company also provides OEM and ODM services, allowing clients to customize pixel pitch, screen size, brightness, and control protocols to meet specific project needs.

With over 20 years of LED application experience and a global client base spanning more than 50 countries, Changshuo Lighting continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in architectural lighting and media display.
